Bellingham Repertory Dance (BRD): Hindsight
Friday, April 10, 2026
Description

Bellingham Repertory Dance (BRD) presents Hindsight, celebrating 20 years of contemporary dance. This performance features previously performed works from BRD’s repertory, as well as new works by regional choreographers and BRD alumni.
Each weekend of performances will highlight a different selection of featured works, alongside the show's core selection of works. Hindsight will include BRD alumni members performing alongside current members in celebration of the company's 20th season. Audiences will see the return of Anna Bauer’s piece “Breakfast,” where dancers dive deep into a fleeting moment of connection and familiarity, as well as the strange phenomenon of electricity and the energetic power of the color yellow in Robert Kitsos’ “Tricity.” Gina and Kyle Sorensen’s “Seeker” investigates creating and claiming a sense of home. Kim Lusk’s sharp unison drives the satirical nature of her work, “Quintet in Pink,” and Joshua Manculich’s “Manners” serves as a reflection of the ways that we house etiquette. Hindsight will also showcase pieces from earlier seasons of BRD, including Pam Kuntz's “Two Conversations.”
